Welcome to my website. I appreciate that your visit has probably been brought about by an issue that you weren’t aware of, or one which has been plaguing you for some time and there are far better things that you could be doing with your time, so I’ll keep it brief.

I operate as an independent surveyor, with CSRT & CSSW qualifications, and am registered with the Property Care Association, (P.C.A.) specialising in the following aspects of property care, since 1985:

Dampness
Timber decay
Wall tie corrosion
Basement / Cellar conversions & repairs pertaining to structural waterproofing.

I operate in Hampshire, Dorset, South Wiltshire, Surrey, (to the south of the M25), and West Sussex.

My client base includes Homeowners, (buyers & sellers), Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Building Surveyors, Architects, Managing Agents, Estate Agents and Mortgage Advisors.

I commit to undertaking just one inspection per day and that means in the region of 95% of inspection reports, are completed within 24 hours of the inspection with the majority sent on the same day as the inspection.
