“I recently engaged John to undertake a damp survey on a prospective house purchase. John was extremely prompt at answering my emails and undertaking the survey. The report was ready on the evening of the survey. The report was very clear and easy to understand and John was happy to discuss and explain further over the phone. 

He actually answered a number of questions which the previous structural surveyor had not answered fully and gave me a much clearer picture of the property as a whole. He is easy to talk to and genuinely sincere. 

Some further investigation was required and again John was prompt at attending and providing a further report. All his charges were transparent and I felt were very reasonable.
